Heartland Black Chamber of Commerce (HBCC) is a nonprofit organization, 501(C)(6), that embodies all types of businesses within its membership; minority, women and disadvantaged business entrepreneurs  (M/W/DBE), with a primary focus on African-American business.
The purpose of HBCC is to create and leverage communal capital to aid members in developing their enterprises: to establish a pool of current and useful information that members can draw from and to bring forth strong leadership within the business community.
The role of HBCC is to advocate and lobby on behalf of M/W/DBE’s and to establish programs and networking opportunities for them to expand their resources.
HBCC provides leadership through urban business enterprise, procurement and construction contracts, professional development, employment training, workforce guidance and leadership development.
HBCC serves Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas.
