Overview
The Blind Tiger Brewery & Restaurant opened May 1995 and proudly holds the distinction of being the first craft brewery in the city since Prohibition. It combines a full-service family restaurant with a lively brewery atmosphere, complete with a modern brewhouse visible to guests. The name draws on the Prohibition-era slang “blind tiger,” meaning an illicit drinking spot disguised to escape authorities.
