Overview
Kansas Children’s Service League‘s evidence-based programming works with children and families in the areas of health, safety and education to succeed and break cycles of neglect, abuse and trauma. Our programs help both children and parents develop skills for success in their families, schools and work places.
Child Abuse Prevention
KCSL serves as the state chapter of Prevent Child Abuse America. In this key role, we work to build awareness, educate, organize activities and lead advocacy efforts to prevent child abuse and neglect.
School Readiness
At KCSL, we believe every child deserves a chance for a better life and we know that school readiness is a key predictor of future success.
Family Support
It takes a village to raise a child. At KCSL, we believe that good support systems create stronger families which produce healthier and happier children.
