Topeka Cat Café

The Topeka Cat Café is co-founded and co-owned by April Liang and Toni Fowler, two local entrepreneurs who share a passion for animal welfare and community connection. They created the café as a space where people can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere while helping cats find safe, loving homes.

April brings strong experience in business, marketing, and community leadership, helping guide the café’s growth and outreach. Toni contributes hands-on knowledge from her work with animal rescue and humane organizations, ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of the cats in their care.

Together, they oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate adoption partnerships, and build community events. Their mission is to offer a warm and welcoming environment where people and pets can make meaningful connections, all while supporting local rescue efforts.
