The couple, who also own Amigo’s Topeka Mexican Restaurant, envisioned Yolk House as a warm and cozy space where locals could enjoy classic breakfast staples like eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and waffles, alongside Mexican-inspired dishes such as breakfast burritos, tacos, and quesadillas.

The Garcias have carefully designed the restaurant’s interior, incorporating new booths and a more intimate setting compared to the open floor plan of its predecessor.
