Overview

Topeka’s Over the Top Sandwich & Deli menu items include their smash burgers with fries, Philly Cheesesteaks and some iconic food choices like their “smash-a-rue” sandwich that brings together their smash burger and reuben for a tasty combo.

Starting as a food truck business in September 2023, it grew into a walk-up brick-and-mortar store serving only breakfast and lunch. The new restaurant will eventually offer breakfast, lunch and dinner service Tuesday through Saturday and brunch on Sundays. Breakfast options include biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos and giant cinnamon rolls.
